As vacation comes to a close, I must say that I had a great time. There were many things that we always do that we didn't this time. There are also things that we've never done, but have now been added into the rotation. I loved being with family and having a large group around. I hated being with family and having a large group around.
But now work looms. School starts later this month. College tours start in September. Back to the mundane routine. Summer is over.

I still have a little summer left. I have a family vacation coming up labor day weekend. Besides that I've been working non stop
Just returned from the World's Longest Yard Sale with my sister. We made it through alabama, tennessee and kentucky. not bad 3 out of 4 of the states! i am going to wisconsin in september to visit with my aunt and one of my cousins. So i still have some traveling left in me this summer.

I've had the past two weeks off and thoroughly enjoyed my staycation. I still have some long weekends planned, so I'm looking forward to them.

Our summer ends this week. We had adventures at the beach and other places around town. I'm a little sad that it's over.

We had a very interesting time in Dominican Republic...makes you appreciate home. The resort was wonderful, but the island had trash everywhere. The Domicans hate the Hatians and treat them horribly. I did not like that at all. We made the most of our vacation and met some wonderful people at the resort, but I don't think we will be visiting the Dominican anytime soon.
I just started back to work day before yesterday and even though it was very hard to go back to work, I am thankful for having a job.
